These terms apply to blockpower.org and to the Strategy Pack sign-up on it. blockpower.org is run by Block Power, a 501(c)(4) social-welfare organization. The Strategy Pack itself is prepared and mailed by Hub3 Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Block Power's partner. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

blockpower.org exists to explain the Block Power organizing model and to let neighbors request a Strategy Pack -- a mailed packet with maps and materials for turning out voters on their block. The site is informational and is offered as a public resource. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Requesting a Strategy Pack

• The program currently serves North Carolina. You're welcome to sign up from anywhere, but a mailed pack is only guaranteed where the program is active.
• Please give us accurate information, especially your mailing address -- we can only send a pack to a real, complete address.
• The Strategy Pack is provided at no cost and is a nonpartisan voter-education resource. We can't promise a specific delivery date, and we may limit or pause fulfillment based on capacity.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use this site to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, or to interfere with how it works. That includes not attempting to scrape, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, and not submitting the form on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, maps, and materials on this site and in the Strategy Pack belong to Block Power and Hub3 Inc., or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to the site. Please don't copy, resell, or repackage the materials as your own without asking us first.

Where we link out to third-party sites or tools, we do so for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their practices -- their terms and privacy policies are their own.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we offer it "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.
